Australian Scholarships 2009
The Australian Government is pleased to announce education scholarships for the Asia-Pacific region including Thailand.
• Australian Leadership Awards (ALA) Scholarships will provide funding for study at Masters and Doctoral levels in Australia. The ALA Scholarships aim to foster leadership, build partnerships and linkages and address issues of priority that affect people across the Asia-Pacific Region.
Awards are open for all fields of study with preference for people residing in, or primarily active on issues relating to, the provinces of Narathiwat, Pattani and Yala. Applications for 2009 ALA Scholarships close on 30 June 2008.
• Endeavour Scholarships will provide international education experiences across the vocational and technical education and higher education sectors, as well as postdoctoral research and professional development opportunities in Australia. Applications for 2009 Endeavour Scholarships close on 31 July 2008.
